Ep1: Grace's Day Off:
Grace treats herself to a day off, but she ends up getting very bored and ends up coming in to work. Karen realizes the son, she gave up for adoption when she was 16, wants to meet her for the first time.

Ep2: Lovers Beware:
Will and Vince attend Will's high school reunion. Vince becomes a hit at the reunion and ends up being hit on by Will's high school bully (who made fun of him for being gay). Jack searches for a new roommate, as Karen arranges a meeting with her son, Kevin (Jonathon Taylor Thomas).

Ep3: My Son Is Getting Married:
Karen learns Kevin is engaged and wants Karen to attend his wedding. Karen is flattered and overjoyed. Karen learns Kevin's adopted parents loved their birthchildren more than him ever since they adopted him, and since Kevin turned 18 (few years ago), he refuses to speak with his adopted family. Will and Vince get into a tiff over who confessed their love for each other first.

Ep4: Grace and Jack's Gimmick:
Grace bribes Jack into pretending to be her straight husband, in order to get a cheaper cost on her car insurance. Jack realizes Grace's insurance agent is a former boyfriend of Jack's from college. Will gives Karen some helpful and legal advice about getting even with her ex, Lyle-after Lyle buys Rosario from Karen.

Ep5: Leo's Mistakes:
Leo returns to get Grace back. Grace begs Will, Jack, and Karen to not let her alone with Leo in fear of her melting and getting back together with Leo. Grace sets up a dinner for her, Leo, Will, Vince, Jack, and Karen. At the dinner, Karen bumps into Lyle (the two end up argueing all evening), and Will and Vince get into a fight and end up running after one another after their fight--leaving Leo, Grace, and Jack alone.

Ep6: Lyle and Leo, Both Jerks:
Karen and Grace get together and go to a spa to get over their ex-hubbies by bashing them. After their spa trip, they get drunk, and decide to toliet paper Lyle's and Leo's houses...but get caught by Vince, who lets them go.

Ep7: Happy Halloween:
The gang decides to attend a Halloween party. The gang goes as The Wizard of Oz. Will as the tin man, Jack as the scarecrow, Grace as Glinda (the good witch), Karen as Dorothy, and Vince as the cowardly lion.

Ep8: Dancing Queens:
Will and Vince enter themselves into a beginner's dance class. Karen meets Kevin's fiancee and soon-to-be wife, Lauren (Mila Kunis). Kevin and Lauren take Karen out for dinner. Lauren and Karen end up getting along great, Kevin feels left out when Karen steps in and helps Lauren with the wedding arrangments.

Ep9: New Roommates:
Jack lets his potential soulmate, Ellen (ellen degeneres) move in with him, after learning she is a lesbian woman who just got dumped. Jack and Ellen bond and become instant best friends. Meanwhile, Vince lets Will move in with him in his apartment. Grace becomes hurt by Will wanting to move in with Vince, instead of her.

Ep10: Meeting the In-Laws:
Karen prepares to go out with Kevin, Lauren, and Lauren's parents: John and Betty Clark (Kevin Nealon, Bette Midler). Karen is offended by her future in-laws after being accused of being a horrible mother, who abandoned Kevin when he was 8 months old. Karen immediately requests for more booze and within minutes, Karen's true-feelings about her in-laws come out. Kevin and Lauren end up becoming embarrassed by their feuding parents and decide to just elope. Karen and the Clarks make up, work together, and stop their kids from eloping. Meanwhile, Grace fears Ellen has a thing for her, but in reality, Ellen doesn't even think Grace is her type (and that comment upsets Grace more than thinking Ellen likes her).

Ep11: Thanksgiving Disasters:
Karen decides to host Thanksgiving this year at her place. The guests include: Karen, Will, Vince, Grace, Jack, Ellen, Kevin, and Lauren. Karen's cooking skills are put to test when trying to impress her son and his fiancee. Grace, Will, and Jack get a kick out of Karen's all-of-a-sudden interest in being the All-American mother type.

Ep12: True Emotions Let Lose:
Ellen's former lover, Janice (Shelley Long) who broke Ellen's heart, returns to win Ellen back. Ellen forgives Janice and plans to move back in with her in her Boston apartment. Jack is greatly upsetted by Ellen's moving, as Grace is greatly upsetted by Will's moving in with Vince. Jack and Grace plan to drown their sorrows in ice cream together. Karen bumps into Rosario at the mall, while Karen is dress shopping with Lauren and Lauren's mom, Betty.

Ep13: Troublesome In Paradise:
Vince feels Will isn't opening up anymore and is afraid Will has feelings for Jack, since he tells Jack everything about everything. Will proves to Vince that he and Jack are just friends, Vince turns to Grace for advice on if Jack and Will are more than friends or not. Grace lies (out of anger, b/c he stole Will away from her). Vince believes Grace and kicks Will out after dumping him. Grace feels bad and tells Vince the truth and why she did what she did. Vince takes Will back (into his life and his apartment).

Ep14: The Wedding Is Here:
It's Kevin and Lauren's wedding, the gang goes and supports Karen at the wedding. Kevin AND Karen are ticked off when Kevin's adopted parents: Harriet and Glenn (Tanya Roberts, Jerry Seinfeld) show up at the reception. Karen and Harriet go head-tohead after they get into a fight over who is the mother of the groom----until the Clarks (John and Betty) want help from Kevin's parents financially to pay off the wedding. Karen tricks Glenn and Harriet into being responsible for paying their share of Kevin and Lauren's wedding bills. Lauren's relatives are not happy or comfortable when she see Will and Vince dancing together at the reception (battle of gays vs. straights).

Ep15: Cherie, Cheri:
Grace finds a new roommate to move in Will's old room--Cheri (Catherine O'Hara)-a divorced mother of two grown kids. Cheri, Grace, and Karen go out and discuss ex-husbands and how much they hate their exes. Kevin and Lauren call from their honeymoon in Hawaii to let Karen know they have a surprise-Lauren's pregnant. Karen is once-again overjoyed, but fears they had sex before marriage in order to be pregnant.

Ep16: The Not-So-Real "Men":
Will, Jack, and Vince go to a gay bar, and are asked to fill in for three late performers. The men must perform a striptease. Karen, Cheri, and Grace learn what the guys have to do, and badly want to see the event. The three divorcees disguise themselves as men-to get into the gay bar to see the guys dance.

Ep17: Jack's New Object Of Affection:
Jack has his eyes on Vince's once straight, once bisexual, and once gay cousin, Rich (Tim Daly). Jack asks Rich out, Rich says yes. Rich, Jack, Will, and Vince double date, awkwardly. Grace learns Cheri's daughter is visiting and she wants to meet her. Grace meets Cheri's daughter, Allison (Amy Smart). Allison shares secret information about Cheri's ex/her dad; Grace soon realizes Cheri's ex-husband is Stan and that Karen stole Stan from her several years ago. Grace tells Jack and Will about Stan being Cheri's ex.

Ep18: Time's Up:
Rich tells Jack he is too flamboyant for him to handle. Jack becomes hurt and turns to his friends for support, but Vince and Will are gone for the weekend, Karen and Grace visiting Kevin and a pregnant Lauren in their new Buffalo apartment. Jack finds comfort in Cheri, they both bond together. Jack accidently spills the beans about Karen being the woman who broke up Cheri and Stan's marriage eight years ago. Cheri becomes furious and can't wait to confront Karen.

Ep19: Life's Too Short:
Will, Jack, Grace, and Karen had planned their annual trip to Atlantic City, but they all agree to bring Cheri and Vince along with them. As Jack tells Grace, Will, and Vince that he told Cheri about Karen and Stan; Cheri has a talk with Karen. Karen apologizes for stealing Stan from her, but explains how Stan cheated on Karen with Lorraine for half their marriage. Cheri calls it truce and they both feel they are better without Stan (even though he is dead now).

Ep20: My Son Elliot:
Jack's son, Elliot (Michael Angarano) shows up with news of him wanting Jack to attend his high school graduation, even after his mom, Bonnie (Rosie O'Donnell) forbids having Jack there. Elliot also tells Jack that he thinks he is gay *his dad, jack is gay, his mom, bonnie is a lesbian*. Jack becomes overjoyed and thrilled for his son, as Bonnie thinks Jack turned him gay over the years. Grace, Will, and Karen step in, to Jack's defense, against Bonnie.

Ep21: Friends And Family:
Jack proudly tells his friends about Elliot moving in with him now. Jack takes himself, Elliot, Karen, Grace, Will, Vince, and Cheri out to celebrate Elliot moving in with Jack. Elliot has a secret, but can't tell Jack. Will and Grace realize Elliot is hiding something.

Ep22: I'm Not Like My Dad:
Elliot tells Will, Grace, and Karen that he truly isn't gay, that he just wanted to move out of his mom's house and live in New York City (with his dad) near his old girlfriend. Grace accidently spills the beans in front of Jack. Jack is hurt, but eventually gets over it. Jack and Elliot have a heart-to-heart chat. Cheri goes and visits her son in college.

Ep23: Grace's Psycho Cat:
Grace gets a cat for her and Cheri's apartment, like she always wanted but couldn't have because Will hates cats. Grace's new cat turns out to be suicidal, and tries jumping off balcony, hiding in the toliet and fridge, etc. Vince learns Will hates cats, as Vince is an avid cat-lover. Vince and Will debate if this is a sign for them to break up or what. Karen steps in and tells the couple to relax and go with the flow.

Ep24: Will You Be Mine:
Will feels Vince is hiding something from him lately. Vince is hiding his 2 year anniversary gift for Will. Jack and Karen meet Elliot's new girlfriend, Erica (Courtnee Draper). Elliot feels weird showing off his new girlfriend to his gay dad, and vice versa. Karen breaks the uneasiness by being her usual self (with a mixed drink in hand).

Ep25: Mentoring Youngsters:
Grace and Karen are looking for young women who want to know what an interior designers's days are like. Lauren (Mila Kunis) and Erica (Courtnee Draper) sign up as Karen and Grace's little assistants for a week. Cheri meets her sister's ex-husband at the grocery store (they had an affair 5 years ago). Cheri decides to move in with her ex-brother-in-law/potential boyfriend. Cheri packs up, says her good-byes, and leaves.

Ep26: Lonely Woman:
Grace feels lonely since Cheri left. Grace seeks a roommate once again, after a week of no such luck, Grace asks Erica (Courtnee Draper) if she wants to move in with her. Erica accepts and moves in within days. Erica soon learns Grace's apartment is across the hall from Elliot and Jack's apartment. Jack thinks Erica and Elliot are spending too much time together, since Erica moved in with Grace.

Ep27: Lovers Spat:
Vince and Will get into a fight, Will leaves and spends the weekend at Karen's apartment. Will and Vince soon learn how much they miss each other, plus Will soon learns he can't stand living with Karen without karen getting on Will's nerves. Grace meets Tina (Heather Locklear), Erica's mom. Grace and Tina go out to a singles bar, while there, Grace gets hit on by another woman and Tina introduces her best friend, Lorraine (Minnie Driver) to Grace.

Ep28: Rhinestone Cowboy:
Jack appears in a cowboyish commercial for men's cologne. Only one problem, Jack must pretend to be straight in order to play the high-paying part. Jack takes advice on how to pretend to be straight from Elliot, Erica, Grace, and Karen. Karen sleeps with the producer of Jack's commercial in order to let Jack get the part. The next day, the producer ignores Karen and pretends nothing ever happened, which ticks Karen off greatly. Will gets a raise and celebrates with Vince, who is hiding the fact, he is coming down with the flu.

Ep29: One Last Fling:
Karen has a bad day, and to make matters worse, she bumps into Lyle. Lyle smooth talks his way into taking Karen out for dinner. Karen and Lyle go out for dinner, afterwards go to Lyle's house for drinks and end up in bed together. The next morning, Karen realizes she has done something she will soon regret. Grace and Jack are asked to judge a talent contest at a high school. Grace learns she is a big hit with the boys. Jack becomes jealous of Grace stealing his spotlight.

Ep30: Someone Is With Child:
Karen feels she is sick and goes to the doctor, only to learn she is pregnant. Karen is stunned and immediately calls Grace to come get her, because she can't drive home with her new news. Karen tells the gang (will, grace, jack, vince, elliot, erica, kevin, lauren), and Lyle her news. Karen knows her unborn child is Lyle's, even after Lyle denies sleeping with her after their divorce was finalized.

Ep31: Tipsy Teens:
Erica and Elliot go to a party at a frat house, and get drunk. They come home hammered and attempt not to get caught by Jack and Grace, who are awoken by the tipsy drunken teens. Karen and Lauren go baby clothes shopping. Lauren tells Karen that she and Kevin are expecting a baby girl in two months.

Ep32: Bed And Breakfast Trip:
Will and Vince go to a bed and breakfast in Connecticut. While there, Will misplaces his key to the room after using the communal bathroom in just his robe (while vince is on his daily 10 mile jog). Meanwhile, Karen debates if she should keep her unborn child with Jack and Grace, who agree that she should keep her baby.

Ep33: Karen vs. Lyle:
Karen asks Will to be her lawyer, as she takes Lyle to court for child support. Lyle claims Karen's child is not his inside and outside of court. Erica comes to Jack with a secret about Elliot, the secret is: Elliot dropped out of college.

Ep34: Jack Talks To His Son:
Jack talks with Elliot about him dropping out of college. Elliot confesses he has dropped out of college two months ago and has been hiding at the mall as he pretended to be in classes. Grace learns Leo has a new and much younger girlfriend, Traylor (Soleil Moon Frye). Will vaguely remembers seeing Traylor somewhere before, but can't remember where he has seen her. Will soon remembers: he defended her in a grand theft auto case a few years ago, that she was found guilty for. Karen tries to quit drink alcohol due to her being pregnant.

Ep35: Breaking The Silence:
Grace feels she has let Erica walk all over her and have taken advantage of her enough, that she decides to become a little more stricter with Erica and set some basic rules. Erica doesn't like the new rules and new Grace, she confides in Elliot. Elliot and Erica tell Jack that Grace is controlling Erica's every move, in reality she is not even close to being controlling. Jack sides with Grace in a battle of adults and kids. Karen goes and stays with Kevin and Lauren for a week.

Ep36: The Time Is Now:
Lauren's water breaks, Kevin and Karen take Lauren to the hospital as she starts having strong contractions. Kevin and Karen are by Lauren's sides as she gives birth to a healthy and beautiful baby girl--Caitlin Renee. Just as Kevin and Lauren let Karen hold her newborn granddaughter, Jack, Grace, and Will arrive in time to see newborn Caitlin. Karen announces for sure, after getting to witness the birth and holding the baby, that she is going to keep her baby.

Ep37: New Jobs:
Elliot and Erica get jobs at the mall's food court. Elliot soon gets fired, after Jack causes a scene at the food court. Jack pleads Elliot's boss to let Elliot have his job back. Jack soon learns Elliot's boss, Mr. Thompson (Richard Karn) is also gay. Mr. Thompson gives Elliot back his job, only if Jack goes out with him (as Jack does, which repulses Elliot). Grace and Karen babysit baby Caitlin, while Kevin and Lauren go out for the first time and end up feeling guilty about leaving Caitlin this soon after her birth.

Ep38: Tina's Wedding:
Erica's mom, Tina (Heather Locklear) and her fiancee, Jeff (David Schwimmer)'s wedding day is here and Tina invites the whole gang. Jack has too much to drink and goes nuts on the dance floor at the reception. Grace and Karen compete to get the hunky bartender's phone number. Grace gets the bartender, Alex (Dan Cortese)'s phone number. Grace and Alex plan to go out next weekend.

Ep39: The Jack-Pot:
Jack wins the lottery jackpot. Jack decides to split it with Will, Grace, Karen, Elliot, and himself. Will plans to use his share to go on a cruise with Vince. Grace plans to use her share on a brand-new wardrobe and a shopping spree. Karen plans to use her share on her unborn child, Kevin, Lauren, Caitlin, and then herself. Elliot plans to use his share to go back to school/college and to help buy himself and Erica a new apartment someday in the future. Jack plans to use his share to buy a condo in Manhattan.

Ep40: Bought And Paid For:
Jack buys his condo in Manhatten. He decides to throw a party there for the gang and other friends. Will, Grace, Vince, Elliot, Erica, and Karen attend the party only, which in a way upsets Jack. Jack soon gets over it, as Grace, Karen, and Will convince Jack to have a good time and show them around his new condo, as he soon does. Meanwhile Jack gives a tour to Will, Grace, Karen, and Vince; the five adults walk in on Erica and Elliot in bed together.

I haven't read all of them so far, but they seem great. one comment on the halloween episode, you should go into more detail about what happens at the party that they go to...

excellent work so far. only 1 thing... Karen would neve drive to the doctors, she would take a limo! lol.. great job.
