ABC's Wife Swap

This is ABC's mommy-switch show and Fox has a show a bit similar called Trading Spouses. From what I understand, Trading Spouses is good but sorta supposed to appeal to that sick side of us that like to watch absurdities on reality shows like extreme, messed up families (and come on, we all love to watch absurd reality tv occasionally), and Wife Swap is more of a "life lesson" type show about learning about family differences and gaining appreciation for moms and stuff.

What do people think about the differences?
