Molly Shannon was on this morning. I didn't think she was going to be on- it didn't appear on his site (I don't think) and I didn't see it on my Yahoo TV listings, so it was a pleasant surprise. :D

Me too. That's what sucks about syndication. I wish it would be on at 9am Central on CBS...like Rosie's show was...that would be awesome. I could call in to try to win a prize or something

He's always thinking of new ways to open his show daily...his show is on the 1st floor of a building on 67th Street and so he can walk right into the building and be on his stage...this morning, he attempted to jump rope before he came in

OMG...I was LMAO so hard today...I sat down to watch a bit of Carol Burnett today (the DVD that I got, I mean). I was watching the October 4, 1975 episode where Shirley MacLaine guested...They did this REALLY funny number...it wasn't actually musical, but they did a bit of singing...They were reading the fan letters they'd received...
OMG the first one that Carol read had me LMAO so hard. She said [not exact words, but very close], "Here's a fan letter that a ten-year-old from last season sent in.
'Dear Ms. Burnett,
I absolutely adore you. I have pictures of you everywhere in my bedroom. I also have this huge, lifesize poster of you on my closet door. Your poster is the last one I say 'Good night' to every night before I go to bed, and you're the first one I say 'Good morning' to when I get up in the morning. I want you to have a picture of me. I'm standing in front of my house.'"
Then Carol took out the picture that the girl had sent in. She turned it over and read it. "To Lucille Ball, my most favorite actress ever!"

That's about how much I pay to have mine trimmed. I've spent twice as much and it wound up looking like crap. Do you stick with the same salon usually?

No, I'm trying different salons. I got really pissed the last time I got my hair trimmed- I had to fork over $22 for my FREAKING HALF-INCH hair trim. :cuss:

I know, that's how I felt when I had to fork over more than $40 for a half-inch trim. Then they wanted about $10 for the tip. That was the last time I paid them anything. It wouldn't have been so bad if they'd done a good job.
I always try and stick with the same person who knows what I want, and that I know will actually listen to me. Good luck. :(

Yes, ma'am. This was at a very "high class" salon and I went with a friend of mine several years back. She wanted me to go back with her and I said, "Hell no." Paying a crapload of money for a hair cut.. you better damn well do a good job. Besides that, paying a lot doesn't necessarily mean it's going to look good once you walk out the door. ohno:

Mine, too. But I haven't used that in a loooooooooong time.
Suave made my hair frizz, so I haven't used it since 2001.
Yep, Pantene made my hair fall out in clumps. I'm using Herbal Essences right now...Mmm...Fruity....
