In my opinion, there will never be another time period like the 1970s - tv, movies, etc. Still, it is too bad. :(

Rich Man Poor Man.. you have no idea how much I want to see that damn thing. On Trio they talked about the most famous mini-series and how everybody, but everybody rushed home to see that one. My mom loved it. I have the Roots box set.. great, great movie. I'm not surprised at all how popular that one was, and why everybody was glued to their sets.

Yeah, no reality. Sure would like to go back to those days.

They really can't anymore and that's a shame. I remember watching The Thorn Birds and North and South, Shogun.. Lonesome Dove! After dinner, we all gathered around the tv and didn't move until the very end. Oh, and The Stand. You can't get anybody to stay still or interested long enough anymore. I went over to that board again earlier, and I didn't see one locked thread. Nor did I see you abusing your mod status.. so I don't see any reason for him/her to be so upset with you. People who can't drop things and are hell-bent on picking fights and participating in them are asking for the mod to come in and say something. What the hell are you supposed to do? You were put in charge, so they can just deal with it. If they're jealous that's their problem - not yours.

Better representing him would be the other side of the spider :barf:

He probably won't post a picture because he doesn't have a camera. Because he can't leave his house to buy one because people see him coming and yell "DUMBASS!" and throw burning coals at him:lol:

Nah, 7 lines of text. You're fine. Could you take out that extra line you have between the 3rd and 4th lines, tho?

Janice assigned me the duty of scouting out people who have long-ass sigs, so I have to keep my eyes open.

Man, I've barely been home today. I got up at like 8 and I was around til 9 then I had to get off and get ready to help my dad...I helped him out til noon then I went home, came on here but I was busy catching up on other emails n stuff...then I was off by 1:30 and had lunch before going to the mall...now I'm here but I don't think I'll be here for long...I'm most likely going to go out and help my dad again...If I do, I don't know for how long...
