Back when I was in high school, there was a teacher that students would constantly put gum in her hair when she wasn't looking. Instead of doing anything about it, she would just cut a wad of her hair out with the gum in it & go about her day. She had so many bald spots, it was hilarious lol

In 6th grade I never got in trouble for anything. No infraction slip, no name calling infraction slip, no referral, nothing. Then in 7th grade this teacher just writes me up on everything. She wrote two name calling infraction slips in which I didn't even say anything. She wouldn't let me explain, she just wrote it. She wrote a lot of information-only referrals (ones that did not count) for the most trivial stuff. The only thing she ever did that I admit was right was issuing me a detention for being late. And I was late, so there's nothing to argue. But everything else was just bull****.

I got suspended for two days in 7th grade for sending my teacher a profanity-laced e-mail. I don't regret it, even though I have forgiven him since. I don't regret it because I believe that if I hadn't done it, I wouldn't be where I am now. When I think about it today, he didn't deserve it, I know of two other teachers who would have.

That reminds me of how in 8th grade, my English classroom (I was on Team 1) was next door to a social studies teacher's classroom on Team 2...The kids in my grade were divided into two core teams so we had social studies, math, English and science all in the morning and then our electives in the afternoon. The back of the social studies teacher's room happened to be just a wall away from the front of my English room...so you could hear it if somebody kicked the wall in the other room. One day, my teacher was giving a lecture and then we started hearing this kid in the room next to us start hitting the wall...this went on for a few minutes, and then my teacher got so pissed off that she walked out of the room, mid-lecture, and into the next room so she could chew out the kid who was making noises on the wall. I can just imagine it now...

Man, I am so damn stoked about the crap that I am waiting for to arrive in the mail; first I won two swesome tapes, the first one being The Battle of The Network Stars, and the second one being an episode of McMillan and Wife with David Soul; then I am also looking forward to a DVD of episodes of the Courtship of Eddie's Father....

I watched the crossover episode of CSI and CSI Miami (the episode which spun off the latter) and I was thinking. It seems like the CSI crossover pilots are the ones that are the most powerful. In each one (the other one being the CSI Miami and New York), a girl's parents are murdered. It makes it seem so personal.
