After Brittney Spears did the video with Madonna she seemed to just be getting worst,and very slutty. Her newest vedio 'Boys' for instance, wacth it on www.yahoomusic.com Can she get sny worst? I don't even listen to her music any more,she sets an bad example now for girls her age ,she's teeling them it's allright to have sex,and get married and do all sorts of slutty things. So if you want to end up married at 21 with some one else kid be like Brittney Spears. Thumbs down.

i dont like her...simply because if she's not in it for the love of entertaining...Like, she twisted her knee so she cancelled her whole tour. I mean, God forbid you go on stage and just sing rather than strip. Plus I'm not really into her music either

her music is fluff and I don;t think she's in it for the love of music. but.... she is about the only female singing POP music and actually having success in it. She's a pop singer and makes no bones about it, she doesn't try to have r&b credibility, nor does she pretend she's a rocker. Give me her over most of the other female acts under-25 that are popular at the moment.

Britney's okay. I do have a few of her CD's. I can't say that I absolutely love any of them. But overall she's okay.

everyone hates Britney, to me, she is probably the least of the evil when it comes to the crap out now. I definately like her better than Beyonce, Christina, Ashanti, J. Lo, Hilary or Avril. I know Beyonce and Christina are better singers but they get really annoying with their acrobatics, and personally I prefer dance/pop to r&b.

Yeah i agree, i like dance/pop music too. And i like Britney since she first came out and i still like her. I don't see anything wrong with her. I mean yeah i understand everybody has there opinion on her but I don't know i bet everybody probably felt the same way when Madonna started out.

What i meant by that was i think parents probably thought Madonna was suggestive when she first started out and she still is kind of but i like her anyway. But i think Britney is very successful i don't think there is anything wrong with her maybe she isn't the best singer but her music is fun to listen to. I mean she has had 4 albums so far and i bet that she will have more. I mean i don't know. I just think if people don't like her then why do they listen to her for? that kind of doesn't make any sense well to me anyway.

I've encountered people whose hatred for the mid-80's Madonna is so bad that they still refuse to accept her as a "mature artist" because they hated Material Girl so much. I am willing to bet that if Britney grows as an artist down the road, there will still be types who hate her so badly because they remember how much they hated Baby One More Time instead of letting her move on and grow.
