I have to agree with you on that, if it sounds good I like it. I just recently heard the song "Redneck Woman" and I like it, even though I'm not much of a country music fan.

It used to be just pop, but now I'm into r'n'b and rock (only some forms, and not hard rock!)

But it depends on the song

Patty is awesome! She has never put out anything that I didn't like. I just saw her at the MI State Fair the other day. You should really look into some of her new music as well. Her latest album "On Your Way Home" which came out last September is amazing! You should really consider getting that. It's the best music she's put out in quite a while.

I'm pretty well-rounded in my music tastes as well, but the main genre I listen to is country, especially modern country-pop stuff.

I like all kinds of music. I like music from the 1950s, '60s, '70s, '80s, '90s and recent music, as well as music in spanish, russian, hebrew and some japanese. I like music from all genres, too. Except for Jazz, Folk and most Classical music. The only classical music tune I really like is Figaro by Mozart.

Ok, the kinds of music I don't like are country, pop, and rap. But I love rock/punk rock. My favorite bands are The Donnas and Jet, so, yeah...

Mostly rock, preferable the 70's and 80's...I like 80s pop too, it's not as bad as today's...sometimes for the hell of it I'll listen to corny boy band pop music as if I'm all high even though I'm not :) I like some easy listening stuff too, I think that's what it's called.

Country. Preferably from the early 60s to the mid 90s, but I like some new artists too. My friends think I'm so weird for liking Dolly Parton and Tammy Wynette, but whatever, I don't particularly like they're music either.

OMG I am a HUGE fan of theirs now.

I used to just like "Close to You" and "Superstar," but then a couple weeks ago, I saw "The Karen Carpenter Story" rerunning on TV, and I was so happy because the entire soundtrack was Carpenters music.

I have CTY on MP3, but I only have cheap MIDIs of "We've Only Just Begun," "Superstar," "For All We Know," and "Top of the World." I've been searching a LOT for WOJB, FAWK, and TOTW mp3s, but I haven't been successful.

It was so sad the way Karen died. She was beautiful, imo, and her voice is the most beautiful sounding voice I have ever heard. Just listen to the beginning of CTY. Her voice is so smooth....it's like someone left a container of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter on an Arizona sidewalk in the middle August.

February 4, 1983 was a sad day...
