1st there are 18 castaways instead of 16.
2nd the teams are Girls agaist Boys.
It starts September 16.

Anybody else fine the premiere really, really boring? It seems that the show has run out of original ideas. I sure hope that the tribe members are at least interesting like Amazon, and not boring like Thailand.

Beyond the fact that they have a guy with a missing foot, I really don't know how this will work out. So far, it reaks of the Amazon which made some bad moves. Men against women, can you say done to death? Not to mention that at some point it won't be men against women; they have to mix up the tribes eventually.

Men vs women hasn't been done to death, it was only done in the Amazon one. All the others have had mixed tribes. So you could say the mixed tribes have been done to death.

You can't judge the season on the first episode. I thought it was good but then again I'm complete devoted to any survivor.

No seriously though. I liked it, but I haven't really connected with these people. No one SERIOUSLY hot to root for. Last season, there was Kathy and I was all WOOO GO KATHY YOU KICK ASS AND YOU'RE HOT. But now... eh.

I agree, if she wanted a vacation where she did not have to do anything for a month, she should have applied for Big Brother. Even so, not a good way to start my fantasy team season.

I think CBS needs to take a lesson from The Apprentice and start showing second episodes with extended Tribal Councils. I have been watching the repeated episodes of The Apprentice, and those extended Boardroom scenes are intense. I am also convinced now that more goes on then what they tell us.

Holy ****, John K, pisses me off.
I swear he talked about being one of the more atheltic guys about a dozen times.
He may be more athletic.... but it doesnt make him more strategic, or stronger than the other guys.

I can't wait until he's gone.

By the time I get to know who is who on these shows (this and BB) half of them are voted off!

I like Twila and Scout. Twila more I think. She just doesn't take any crap and she works her butt off.

I dont know if that will take her the distance but I don't really like any of the younger girls at the moment to want them to win.

I am pulling for the guy with the artificial leg (I don't know his name yet!) because of the story he carries. What a great accomplishment this is for him!

It didnt mind Brady or JP, I didnt even know who Brooke was until he was voted out. But the young guy that is still around.... is the most annoying (John K)

I couldn't have been happier. I was so sick of Queen Ami and her second-in-command LeAnn acting like they were better than everyone else. Ami must win immunity from here on out to survive and I hope she doesn't. The look on her face when the final vote was read was priceless. :D

The best episode of the season by a long shot. Wow, the arrogance that Ami displayed when Eliza got the first vote, that nod that made we want to smash her, and then the increasingly look of panic when Leann keep getting votes was priceless.

Ami and Julie are in real trouble now unless they can break the other four, but I doubt it. The fallout from the next week is going to make for some great television.

It looks that way. I had no clue until last night's episode. They used the word girlfriend instead of life-partner, I assumed maybe it was a friend who happened to be a girl. But then Ami called her "babe" and they said I love you to each other. I said, Ami too? Okay.

The best episode of the season, narely topping last weeks. The remarks are tribal council were awesome, especially when Twila said to Ami "Screw You," and not in a joking way. I haven't seen a final six group so entirely divided in a very long, long time. I loved Ami's remark when she voted for Scout :
"You're such a hateful person. The colours you turn I've never seen in the rainbow."

It was the most tension filled TC I've seen in a very long time, and I loved when they kept cutting to Lee An in the jury and the looks on her face.

Next week's episode looks fantastic with Twila starting to freak out over people bringing up her "son" comment. Unfortunately, I think it'll be Julie and then Eliza, making the next two TC's kinda boring.

Right now, I'm picking Chris to win it all.
