Brian and Melinda Wilson Interview with Larry King to Air August 13 on CNN
Brian and Melinda Wilson will the sole guests on the Larry King show on CNN for the complete hour-long program that airs on Friday, August 20. Perhaps the most extensive interview of his career, transcripts of the show will also be made available online for those unable to access CNN.
Brian has been bumped in favor of coverage of the Scott Peterson case.
I could understand if it was for coverage of the hurricane. But the Scott Peterson case (while sad) doesn't deserve all the coverage it's getting.

Damn Larry King! That's all Larry's done on his show for months is talk about that damn Scott Peterson case! I guess he'll have the same talking heads on there as usual - Nancy Grace, Mark Geragos, etc. AKA, do you know when or if Brian is going to be on? I was looking forward to watching it.

Hopefully soon. They've been bumping him since the 2nd of August. I'll update this thread when I find anything out.
Update: the topic of tonight's show has been changed again to Hurricane Charley. That's good. I'd rather have Brian bumped for that than for gossip about a two-year-old murder case.

I'm getting sick and tired of seeing that guys face on the screen everytime I tune into CNN, Fox News, MSNBC ect.. I'd much rather see Brian Wilson and what he's up to on Larry King than another hour devoted to Scott Peterson.

I'm almost positive it's "Look," but I haven't gotten confirmation on it.
This is a new studio recording with his current touring band.

A common misconception is that "Tones" was a part of the SMiLE sessions. "Tones" is actually a Carl Wilson compostition from a different era, and not the same as "Holiday."
But yes, "On A Holiday" and "Holiday" are the same.
And I just compared with the originally-posted SMiLE tour tracklisting. "Look" and "Song For Children" are also the same.
The episode has been rescheduled for August 20.

No doubt. They've been pushing the interview back since they taped it in late June.
Annoying bump (since the show airs tomorrow night and all)...
