When Gord followed up on that recently, Staddon didn't have details in front of him, but he knew Fox was looking at the show's release. Fortunately for us, TVWeek.com stepped in with this report from AD Creator/Executive Producer Mitch Hurwitz (find it about halfway down that web page), where Hurwitz is quoted as saying "a DVD of the first season will hit the stores before the second season debuts." Thanks to reader Tim Henson for pointing that out to us.
