Hi everyone!

A thought occured to me a while back about the sheer frequency of times that the Cleaver parents, especially Ward, would call the school to have Miss Landers explain something to the class about some situation Beaver was in...like the time they were making fun of him for having Linda Dennison as a friend, or the time everyone thought Beaver saved the girl in a boat...I think there are a few more times that happened as well. After awhile, I would think Miss Landers would get sick of it. Its not like the world revolved around the Beav...well, it did in the show, but you know what I mean.;)

Teachers don't really work a typical 40 hour work week.

It was an entirely different world back then, that's for sure.

This is where I think they were wrong. Ward and June should have allowed the Beaver to get himself out of some of his embarrassing situations that he got himself into by lying in the first place. I can see helping him the first time but that is it. Ward should have told him, if you lie than you can face the consequences.

That sounds like something Ward would say I am suprised he never did.
