when i was growing up, those things were considered to be essential lifeskills - how the heck are you gonna survive on your own if you can't take care of yourself?

what if something happened to your parents? - yer too old to get adopted (not that you aren't cute enough, but the younger kids are better at "selling it" )

No...they don't teach you any of that in school. They only teach you how fix a car if you take Mechanics, they teach you how do house stuff if you take Home Ecenomics (sp?) which I'm not taking any of those. Besides my mom will teach me how to do those things eventually.

Song Lyrics: Leader of the Laundromat

Is he really goin out with er? I dont know. Look, here he comes now. Lets ask
im. Hey, Murray, is it true Bettys wearin your ring? Uh-huh.
Whos that bangin on the piano? I dont know. You goin out with
her tonight? You bet yer fur. By the way, whered ya meet her?

I met her one day at the Laundromat.

And thats when I fell in love with the Leader Of the Laundromat

My folks were always putting her down
Because her laundry came back brown
I dont care if they think shes bad
I fell in love cuz she looked so sad
I got a date tonight with the Leader Of the Laundromat

My dad said Find a laundry thats new
How can I tell my baby were through
Gotta drive right into town
I dont care if my shirts are brown
I got a date tonight with the Leader Of the Laundromat

When I finally got there, I told her it was all over between us. Ill never forget the
hurt and the funny look in her eye. She grabbed my laundry and ran into the street,
directly into the path of a runaway garbage truck. I yelled watch out !, watch out !,
watch out !, watch out !, watch ou-u-t !

I felt so messy standing there
My daddys shorts were everywhere
Tenderly I kissed her goodbye
Picked up my clothes, they were finally dry
But I wont forget you, oh Leader Of the Laundromat

Whos that bangin on the piano?

Read my parody of "Changes" by David Bowie, Jack:

FRONT AT 18Z, By TF.

FRONT AT 18Z TUE SHOULD EXTEND ROUGHLY FROM KMQT TO KLSE...AND MOVE JUST SE OF STATE BY 00Z.

AHEAD OF THE SFC FRONT WINDS BACK TO A SSW DIRECTION AND DWPNTS EXPECTED TO CLIMB QUICKLY INTO THE LOWER TO
MID 70S...UPR 70S NOT ENTIRELY OUT OF THE QUESTION...WITH TEMPS REACHING NEAR 90 IN THE FAR SOUTH.

HEAT INDICES MAY REACH 100 FOR A FEW HOURS IN THE FAR SOUTHEAST.

AN H5 JET CORE OF +60KTS MOVING OVERHEAD IS SHOWING UP ON THE ETA/GFS AND THIS IS LEADING TO DEEP LAYER SHEAR VALUES OF ABOUT 50KTS.

ENERGY HELICITY INDEX REACHING ABOUT A 5 OR 6 IN THE FAR SE. CAPES NEAR 3000J/KG AND WET BULB ZERO AT A SUPRISING LOW VALUE OF ABOUT 9KFT.

MID LEVELS QUITE DRY AND GIVEN RATHER DRY LOOKING COLUMN WOULD NOT EXPECT ACTIVITY ALONG THE FRONT TO BE WIDESPREAD BUT MORE SCT. GIVEN THE DRY MID LEVELS AND LOW WBZ HEIGHTS...THREAT FOR DAMAGING WIND AND HAIL IN THIS DERECHO TYPE EVENT RATHER HIGH.

GIVEN LLV SHEAR VALUES THE THREAT FOR AN ISOLATED TORNADO EXISTS.

WILL MENTION POSSIBLE SEVERE FOR THE AREA.
