JOE FRANKLIN AT FINISH LINE

A few moments before 5 AM tomorrow, Vera Lynn will sing "Till We Meet Again" and Joe Franklin will wrap up the WOR (710 AM) chapter of his remarkable New York media career.

Franklin's show tonight, midnight-5 AM will be his last on WOR though he will continue on WBBR (1130 AM). His partner Richie Ornstein says he is also still working on developing a Nostalgia Network.

Tonight's show will feature the Amazing Kreskin and some of Franklin's favorite interviews, including his last with Bing Crosby and Bob Hope.

CONCIERTO: WCAA (105.9 FM) and WADO (1280 AM) present their free summer show tomorrow, starting at 11 AM in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park. Artists includes Alejandra Guzman, Grupo Niche and others. Last year the show drew 250,000 people.

AROUND THE DIAL: WBAI (95.5 FM) does 24 hours of hip-hop today, covering music, politics and the rest. Producer is Ife Dancy. Tomorrow, WBAI has a special on "Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Pride," 11 AM - 7 PM, tied in with the parade. WHCR (90.3 FM) sponsors a "Listener Appreciation Day" today, 2-8 PM at Riverside Drive and 145th St. Free food and entertainment. Daulton Anderson of WHCR marks his seventh year of gospel music tomorrow, 8 AM-noon. Mr. C of WFMU (91.1 FM) joins DJ Jordan's funk and soul show today, 1-4 PM, on WKCR (89.9 FM) Long-time WBAI talker Mike Feder can be heard Sundays at 10 AM-1 PM on Sirius Satellite Radio.
