Does anyone else like these? The SCORES (not the songs) from movies? I'm nutty over them, I'm getting quite a collection. What are your favourite scores? I love the music used in the movie Ghost, the instrumental theme song which has blends of Unchained Melody in it is some of the most beautiful music I've ever heard. I also love James Horner's score to the original Land Before Time film, and his score for Titanic.

Other favourites include just about anything by Danny Elfman (but especially Batman, Batman Returns, and Beetlejuice) and Alan Silvestri (Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Death Becomes Her, the Back To The Future Trilogy). I also love anything from John Williams (especially Indiana Jones trilogy and the first Superman: The Movie score), and Jerry Goldsmith's breathtaking score for Supergirl.

You?

Forrest Gump had a really great score.

Another favorite score of mine is the music from Hoosiers.

I love the scores from all of Spike Lee's films. I think all of them were done by Terence Blanchard. My favorite is the score from "Mo' Better Blues", some of the best jazz I've ever heard.
