*******************************
I just e-mailed Jerry Mathers this letter.

Dear Jerry
I belong to a LITB ng.
( www.sitcomsonline.com ) and we watch your LITB episodes on TV Land every night.
Lately they are only playing 'some' of those wonderful episodes, out of order and not all of them either.
Could you speak to TV Land and tell them we want ALL of those great shows?
Please tell all the cast members to do the same, ok Jerry.

Also a belated 'Happy Birthday' to you and Ken Osmond,... from all the Newsgroup members.
We love you all,and wish you well.

Mr.& Mrs. JDF
....................................

Here's the postal addresses of the cast members. I don't have Jerry's
just his email addy.

Barbara Billingsley
P.O. Box 1320
Santa Monica, CA 90403

Tony Dow
13317 Ventura Blvd. #1
Sherman Oaks, CA 91423

Ken Osmond
9863 Wornam Avenue
Sunland, CA_ 9104

I hope they're all 'up to date'.
Let's All write them a letter like I e-mailed Jerry,ok gang?
I'm sure it will get things back to 'normal' with TV Land.
As they say ... "The squeaky gear gets the grease!"

Keep in mind that LITB will almost certainly be coming to DVD pretty soon. Universal has *tentatively* mentioned Beaver going into DVD production. So (hopefully) all 234 episodes will eventually see the Digital light of day.

And the DVDs will have the full 25-minute episodes, and not the chopped-up syndicated versions.

I sure hope so David.
I heard it could be quite awhile.
Also heard that...Jerry Mathers, Tony Dow and Ken Osmond are going to put on a new show similar to Leave it to Beaver, that the whole family can watch.

While you're writing, it'd be a sweet idea to suggest that Barbara, Tony, Jerry, and Ken record some commentary tracks for the upcoming DVDs. That'd be nice, eh? :)

Some commentaries by "The Lump" would be nice as well. :)

"I would wear my hair like Wally's Mrs. Cleaver ..... but I've got a funny-shaped head. My dad said it's because I slept on one side too much as a baby." -- "The Lumpster" in "Wally's Haircomb" :)
