Rumor: Franklin gettting his own spinoff.

Maybe i dreamed this but i thought i heard somewhere that ABC might do a spinoff show as a possible mid season replacement with Franklin in the lead. Did anyone else hear this??

I haven't heard that at all, but it'd be cool if it's true. He's my favorite character on My Wife & Kids. If he got a spinoff I'd watch his show and give up MWAK.

He could spinoff on NicK@Nite but ABC WHY?? He only a child. I'm starting to warm up to now. He only annoys me with that Alfalfa routine with Kady!! UUUGGG!:mad:

I think that's what gets me the most. I don't think it's cute anymore. It really got old.

That would be the LAST thing that anybody at ABC should consider. Franklin has worn out his wlecome on My Wife and Kids, as he now poses as a threat to the show's future.

I understand that Franklin was needed initially to keep Kady a part of the show. But now they're doing too much. He's appeared in almost EVERY episode this season, even when he wasn't really needed. He's not that cute, and he's not even very funny. I also hate it when Michael is asking for advice from him; it just makes him look stupid.

I was seriously hoping that Franklin wouldn't even be seen this season, but unfortunately, we're stuck with the little brat for the duration of the show's run.

I for one DO NOT want to see a Franklin spin-off. ABC is already in enough trouble with their programs without giving double-triple endorsements to an annoying kid.

franklin has to be the cutest kid ive ever seen he looks just like my cousin :) i love that little kid and ill definitley watch if he gets a spinoff
