Hmmm....I take this as positive news for I'm With Her

Nothing definite obviousely but it does seem ABC is taking a long look at some of its lower rated series. Quote from Variety:

Still on the fence are laffers "I'm With Her," "Less Than Perfect," "It's All Relative," "Married to the Kellys," "Life With Bonnie," "8 Simple Rules" and "The Big House." Several of those sitcoms are expected to return, as is actioner "Alias."

Now to me several means more than 2 and I'm pretty sure "I'm With Her" is doing better than 3 of those shows so maybe we are in good shape.

8 Simple Rules is their highest rated comedy, so that'll be back. I think Less Than Perfect will return too. Life With Bonnie and/or I'm With Her has to be next on the list. The others won't make it.

We will be finding out pretty shorty. For sure by the second week in May when the announcments are. (And knowing ABC...not a second earlier)

Pav, I read somewhere that Life with Bonnie def. wasn't returning, ABC wasn't happy with it's ratings on Fridays' but then I might be wrong, do you know for sure?

Tuesday

8:00 8 Simple Rules
8:30 New Comedy
9:00 According to Jim
9:30 Less Than Perfect

Wednesday

8:00 My Wife and Kids
8:30 New Comedy

Friday

8:00 George Lopez
8:30 New Comedy
9:00 Hope and Faith
9:30 New Comedy

This leaves 4 New Comedies for ABC, however there is a great chance that one of the bubble comedies may return, which would probably leave I'm with Her or Life with Bonnie to get that spot.
