Jennifer - The judges are right- shes getting better and better each week. She still bugs me, but she didnt bug out her eyes so its all good.

Ha.. Dianas song reminded me of Clays 'Solitaire' the way the lights were.

John - Wow, I happened to love it. I mean, it wasnt his best or anything, but tonight I felt like he really showed his personality and connected with the audience. His pose @ the end though made me laugh.:lol: And whos Stan Laurel?!? He looks like Conan, Simon! DUH!

1)Fantasia (In my opinion the best singer in the competition)

2)Jennifer Hudson (Got to give it to her. She tore it up tonight)

3)Diana DeGarmo (Not her best, but still very good. She has alot
of charm and chrisma that I like)

4)John Stevens (Better than normal. He pulled it off)

5)Jasmine Trias (Good performance, but nothing stands out about it)

6)La Toya London (Good performance, but nothing stands out)

7)George Huff (Not his best)

Fantasia - I was entertained, though I cant stand the way she ends the songs with her 'yeah yea yeahs!!'. Ugh. And why was her family in the room? And then they brought her daughter out.. for what? More votes? LOl I dont think she needs them.

Jasmine-I don't think it was all that great compared to all the others but its was okay.

LaToya-She was great! A litttle slow in the beginning but she definately made up for that in the end.

John-It's almost sad, because even though that performance was awful, it was still his best.

Fantasia-I was entertained but not her best performance. She was very screetchy and her voice was really leaving her because she was almost screaming when she was singing.

Overall...best night of the season.

Diana- AHHHH. Awesome awesome and...awesome! Not my favorite performance of her, but her best so far (if that made sense)..I voted for her 50 times tonight.

George- Ugh. Bad. But we all know he's gonna be safe tomorrow so..

Jennifer- Great. It's true, she does get better and better each week.

Jasmine- Also great! One of her best performances IMO.

LaToya- She was really good until the very end...but yeah she did well tonight.

John- Good! I agree with Randy though, he started off a lot better than he ended.

Fantasia- I enjoyed it. Like Quentin said last week, she hasn't been upbeat for awhile and she obviously took his advice.

Anyone else get annoyed by the delay at the beginning? The mic wasnt lined up with the voices or something.. Im just glad they got it before the performances.

Diana- was alright, nothing special. Not her best IMO.

George- not that great. He's one of my fav's, but is dropping cause of the last 2 weeks. I still like him though.:D

Jennifer- Awsome. I loved it. What can I say, she's great. Another one of my fav's.

Jasmine- I liked it, one of her best.

Latoya- WOW! she did great. I loved it. She isn't one of my fav's though.

John S- I liked his performance, his best. but I kinda felt sorry for him being sandwiched between Latoya and Fantasia, boy that's rough.

Fantasia- I'm not sure about the screaming, but It was a good performance.

This is a tough week because everyone did well.

Overall, it was an excellent week of performances.

My rankings for this week:

1. Jasmine- Maybe I just love the song, but she sounded great tonight. And, yes, the flower is gone!
2. Diana- Amazing vocals tonight! She does much better when she's not running around the audience yelling "c'mon!"
3. Jennifer- A slow start followed by a great finish.
4. La Toya- She's probably the most consistent singer.
5. Fantasia- Good, but cheesy. She ran around the audience yelling, "C'mon," and continued with her "yeah yeah"s as someone noted earlier.
6. John- He's not doing so bad anymore, however it may be too late. Too many others were great while he was just good.
7. George- What happened to him? He was terrible. He was the hardest to listen to out of the seven.

I noticed no one has yet to step out on the preverbial limb yet, so I will do so and make this week's fearless predictions.

Voted Off- John Stevens. It's finally the end of the road for the red-headed crooner. Last week's spot in the bottom three was a sign that the support is crumbling. He is just not in league with the other singers.

My commentary, ok, the first night without JPL went pretty good for me!


1. Diana - She was great! Loved it!

2. George - I thought it was good, not his best, but it was better than last week's IMO

3. Jennifer - Pretty good! I liked it!

4. Jasmine - Well, she didnt have the flower in her hair, but anyways, she was also good!

5. LaToya - It was pretty good!

6. John S. I thought he was pretty good, one of his best IMO, and he sang on of the only Barry Manilow songs I know LOL

7. Fantasia - She was great! Usually shes not my fav, but I liked her tonight!

1. Jasmine- It was my favorite performance of the night. I would say Diana, but I keep on listening to Jasmine's song and not only does it have great lyrics, but it's the best her voice has ever sounded. Ever. My favorite performance of hers so far.
