For me, it was between the Bundys and the Bunkers and the Bundys won by a slim margin because Out of the Bunkers, Gloria was not funny at all.

The Harpers of Mama's Family. The Bundys were funny too though. But as far as the traditional nearly perfect family sitcom goes the Keatons win.

The Cranes via Frasier
Frasier, Martin, Niles and Daphne are without a doubt the funniest family in the history of TV.
Add to that mix Lilith and Frederick.... and you'll be laughing your ass off for hours.

Roseanne, Dan, Darlene...then you add in Jackie and Bev, too. (Bev wasn't exactly funny like the rest of them...but she was funny in the sense that she was so absurd)

Those two families look more realistic. The husband and wife on those two shows look as though they can be married in real life.
