State your WEIRDEST Sitcom Character of All Time

For me, it was a decision between Mork and Arnold from welcome Back Kotter and afterb thinking about it, I have to say Mork. No other TV character was that Strange.

I would have to disagree . . . I don't think he was at all "strange".
Granted, he did some things that ordinary people wouldn't do, but he was just getting use to the standard of human living (especially in the first season).
