If you havent seen it, here is the synopsis for "I'm not with Her":
Michael Barrett, a charming and handsome British director, comes to Alex's house and tells her she's the only actress for this movie he's directing. The movie would have Alex work in Venice, Rome, and Florence. Alex is hesitant and Michael tries to convince her telling her it's a movie she needs to do to push her career and do different kinds of movies than what she usually does. Patrick is moving in with Alex and Cheri is trying to delay it. Alex is hesitant to do the movie because Patrick is moving in. Alex and Patrick's relationship will be put to the test and the end result will have Alex not be so hesitant to do the movie anymore.
I think the ending of this episode will tell us if the producers know the show is coming back or not. If it is I think you will see a cliffhanger. Something like Alex getting on the plane, sadly after having broken up with Patrick, as the credits start to roll.
If they dont think the show is being renewed I think you will see something like Patrick catching her just as she is about to get on the plane and proposing to her. She will accept of course and the final scene will be them making out in the terminal.
