Years ago, westerns didn't really hold my interest. Then I saw the brilliant "The Magnificent Seven" and now I have an appreciation for the genre. I've only seen the one out of the seven choices but have heard nothing but good things about them. Which are your favorites? Adding why you like them would be a plus.
The Magnificent Seven
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
Once Upon a Time in the West
High Noon
The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
The Shootist

I'm not a big western fan, but I love Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. I also like all ones that Steve McQueen was in. The Searchers is pretty good too.

Tombstone! Without a doubt. I don't really like westerns, but I would like to see Unforgiven and Butch Cassidy.
Also, I'm not sure if it counts, but I like "Dances with Wolves"
