I know a lot of people have been making a season nine to Full House. Well, I made one episode, and if people like them I will continue on.

This episode takes place at the beginning of the ninth season. It is September 1995.

Breaking Away

Scene 1:Jesse and Rebecca are in their apartment.[/b

Jesse. So, you think we are making the right choice here, right?

Becky. Yeah. It is going to be hard for everyone, but it is time.

Jesse. Man, I can’t believe it. Well, let’s tell everyone tonight at dinner.

Becky. Deal.

Michelle walks in

Michelle. Hey! What’s up?

Becky and Jesse look at each other.

Jesse. Nothing, nothing at all.

Michelle. Yeah right. Well, I just came up to tell you about my first day of school.

Becky. How was it?

Michelle. Well, it was okay. I have the same teacher Stephanie did when she was in fourth grade. He is nice, and he remembered how I snuck in his class on the first day of kindergarten.

Jesse. Oh yeah, I remember that.

Michelle. Yeah. The only bad thing is, none of my friends are in my class this year. Lisa, Derek, Teddy, and Aaron are all in different classes. We only have recess together, and recess is only twenty minutes!

Becky. I am sorry to hear that. You will make new friends though. I promise.

Michelle. Yeah I guess. I just don’t want to end up with wacko friends like Stephanie did when she went to jr. high.

Jesse. I’m sure you won’t. Hey Michelle, why don’t you check up on Stephanie’s day and come see us later okay? We were in the middle of discussing something.

Michelle. Okay. I am sure glad I have you guys to talk to! Even if you are busy now, you at least have time for me later!

Michelle leaves

Jesse. She just had to say that.

Becky. I know. It is going to very difficult, but it is something that our family needs to do.

Scene 2: Everyone is sitting down at dinner.

Danny. So how was everyone’s first day of school?

Stephanie. It was boring, but now I am in eighth grade so I am the top dog of the school.

Michelle. Stephanie I have Mr. Laury as my teacher.

Stephanie. I know Michelle; you’ve told me like ten times.

Michelle. Oh yeah.

DJ. Wow, I can’t believe in two weeks I will be leaving for college.

Danny. Oh DJ, don’t remind me.

DJ. Sorry, Dad.

Joey. At least you are staying close by. The University of San Francisco is a good school.

Stephanie. And with DJ living on campus that means that Michelle and I get our own rooms! I get DJ’s old room.

Michelle. No, I do!

Stephanie. No, I do because I am older!

Michelle. So!

Danny. Alright girls, that’s enough. Jesse, you have been awfully quiet.

[b] Jesse looks at Rebecca.

Jesse. Well, it is now or never. Listen everyone, Becky and I have been talking about moving, and a few days ago we found a nice little house a few blocks away. We checked it out and it is perfect for us. I know we have had other times where we said we were going to move and didn’t, but this time we are serious about it.

Michelle. What? I can’t believe you are doing this! First my sister is moving; next I loose all my friends, and now this! Thanks a lot Uncle Jesse. I hate you!

Michelle leaves the kitchen and runs upstairs.

Danny. I better go and talk to her.

DJ. Wait, can I?

Danny. Sure.

Scene 3 [Michelle is sitting on her bed sulking; DJ knocks on the door]

DJ. Michelle, can I come in?

Michelle. Yeah, you will anyway.

DJ. Michelle, I know it is hard with all these things happening at once. It is scary to grow up. Times change though and you have to move on.

Michelle. It makes me sad though. I am going to be all alone.

DJ. No you won’t. You will have Dad, Stephanie, Joey, and Comet.

Michelle. The house has never had that few people. At least at no time I can remember. I am scared.

DJ. Yeah, but being scared is a way of growing. You have to let these things happen so you can discover new opportunities. Like at school, this gives you a chance to make new friends. And here, since there will be less people it might give you a chance to do something you couldn’t when there were so many people. What I mean is with the less people the more TV you get to yourself, or the more phone time. See, it works out for the best.

Michelle. I guess.

DJ. You want the best for people right?

Michelle. Yeah.

DJ. Well, it is best for me to go to college. That way I can learn new things. You want me to be able to get a good job someday, don’t you?

Michelle. Yes.

DJ. You want the twins and Uncle Jesse and Aunt Becky to have their own house don’t you? It would make them happy, don’t you think they desvere their own home?

Michelle. I guess you are right.

DJ. It is going to hurt for awhile, but eventually things will turn out okay. And all of us will be close by.

Michelle. Thanks for helping DJ! I think I better apologize to everyone now.

{b] Michelle opens the door and everyone is outside her room listening

Michelle. Uncle Jesse, I am sorry. You deserve the best, and I am just going to have to learn to deal with this new situation some how.

Danny. We are all going to have to learn to deal with it, but we will and it will be okay. Now let’s finish eating!

Michelle. That sounds good, I need to enjoy all the time I have left with everyone while I can!
