Are you tired of seeing Ben Stiller in movie after movie after movie? I hate to say this but, Ben Stiller is too out there....
He needs to give the public a break.
Anyone agree with me?

I personally think Ben Stiller is a talented funny guy... when he wants to be.
But it seems like ever since There's Something About Mary, he's been typecast, and he's been playing the same role in most of the films since (Meet The Parents, Duplex, Along Came Polly, etc..). I liked him better back in the days of Reality Bites and his MTV/Fox comedy shows.

I agree. In fact I just read an article that said something similar. The whole "nervous guy" thing is really wearing thin. "Duplex" was a dud, and the upcoming "Envy" has been sitting on the shelf for over a year and probably would have never been released if not for Jack Black being the co-star.
He needs to take a breather for a while. He is a talented director and writer, maybe he should start writing more movies for him to star in, instead of taking whatever comedy comes along.

I sorta agree with you but I still like Ben Stiller. Theres Something About mary & Meet the parents were great! Along came polly was ok. Despite the Duplex bomb I sorta liked it. and Ben Stiller was the best part of Starsky & Hutch. Although I really Hated Zoolander.

Kind of- it's nice when actors are different- but when they brag about it so much like 'look at me! i'm not the conventional leading man!' and do so many of those sorta parts- it wears really thin.
I also didn't like Zoolander- for some reason everyone in the UK seems to worship it. Duplex looked good- but I'll probably have to wait till video release to see it.
