Were Fox going to Put the Simple Life 2 the Last time they air was Tuesday & Wednesday at 8:30 but American Idol air the Main Show in Tuesdays at 8:00 & Another show on Wednesday which mean it can't not air on Tuesday or Wednesday Fox is only bet is to air the Simple Life 2 on Monday reason why

Look at the Days
Monday: Good Night
Tuesday: American Idol & 24
Wednesday: American Idol & The O.C
Thursday: Against Friends Will & Grace & Survivor or CSI & The Apprentce
Friday: FOX Kills show when air on Friday
Saturday: Nobody Home
Sunday: Fox Comedy Night

This is just a guess, but I'm thinking that since The Simple Life 2 is still in the production phase, it will most likely not be shown until the summer, after American Idol is no longer on. It would also make sense from a ratings standpoint to wait until summer since Fox doesn't have a huge roster of wildly popular shows, so they'd be wise to spread out the ones they do have.

well Fox cloud put on Sunday Night between The Simpsons & Malcom in the Middle last one was a Half Hour

Fox will save it until November becuase they typically have a huge lull in between the end of baseball and the start of Idol. Fox is totally screwed once "Idol" fades.
