Regarding the monster threads that take up half a page just for all their page # links shown:
100 Page Giant Mondo Game Thread (http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/images/multipage.gif 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 and on and on for row after row... etc
Instead of showing all the pages, isn't there some way to do like many boards, show a couple of pages then "last page," & always keep the page links to only one line, taking no mopre space than any other thread.
If a thread had a hundred pages it could be:
100 Page Giant Mondo Game Thread(http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/images/multipage.gif 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, last page).
Just a thought, it's pretty common.
