View Full Version : What's the longest you've ever gone without watching a movie

Most of you probably don't have the slightest idea, as you probably don't keep track of stuff like that, but with my O.C.D., I keep track of all that kind of stuff. Anyway, the longest Iv'e gone without watching a movie that I know of, is 42 days. The last movie I watched was Conspiracy Theory, and that was on January 25th of this year. It took me close to a month just to sit through it. In the last 4 or 5 months, the only movies Iv'e seen are: The Recruit, Finding Nemo, and Conspiracy Theory. I just haven't seen anything that's really interested me lately. I'm into emotional films, and it seems like Iv'e rented every emotional film ever made. Anyway, for those of you who are weird like me, and keep track of stuff like this, what's the longest you've gone without watching a movie?

Probably four months!! From October 4th of last year with "Secondhand Lions" to February 9th of this year with "Along Came Polly!!"

For me, I'd say about two weeks. I was staying with my aunt and uncle during summer vacation, and the don't have a TV! It's sad but I didn't think I would make it that long without television or movies.

I don't know for sure, but probably two weeks...on vacation or something. I need my movies. :)

Probably around several weeks. I don't watch movies too much, especially during the time when I have classes.

A week, tops. I love movies too much to go without watching at least one or two a day. :D

not sure, the last movie I watched was Whale Rider and that was a week ago, I rented a few movies (Mona Lisa Smile, School Of Rock and Lost In Translation) so I'll watch those soon

Raising a family by myself leaves very little time to watch anything. I try to watch something not children related on tv sometimes because with The Wiggles I don't get to see Titanic or Chicago often . I need to watch something I guess since all I can sing is 'Mashed banana":lol:
