How many Eps did 'FDR' Appear in?

I only remember him from 'The Betrayal' but I was hoping he was in other episodes i didn't see... anyone know?:confused:

He is credited with having appeared in The Wizard. I am thinking he was the hot dog vender who George was chit-chatting with, but Goerge didnt call him by name, and it didnt seem like he knew him at all.

He also does a little dog vendor work in The Betrayal, he is the same character in both.

It appears Georgie doesn't know him too well, in The Betrayal when K mentions FDR, G says "FDR?" not knowing who he was.

Oh, now I remember him from 'The Wizard' I just wished they used him a little more he was funny.
