Believe it or not, this is the one sitcom where I don't have one particular favorite episode. I like the majority of them equally. Sure, there are some that I like better than others, but overall I like them on an equal level.

I definitely agree with Brian. It's like asking, "What's your favorite song?" Some days it's one thing then it changes.

Yes, I agree...even compiling a top 10 or top 20 list would be difficult...you'd have to leave too many great episodes out...

That's cool, IMO the award winning backwards ep (164 The Betrayal (http://wave.prohosting.com/tnguym/Scripts/TheBetrayal.html)) is a great one, a Maestro top 10-er.
If you have any comments, questions or would like to discuss it, we have a Memento to 'The Betrayal' (The Backwards Episode) thread (http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showthread.php?s=&threadid=88128) waiting for you thoughts.

I still am not really fond of the whole backwards thing.

Saris? Is that a mispell of 'sorries' or a reference I am not getting?
Maestro
03-06-2004, 04:27 PM
sa·ri also sa·ree (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=sari):
An outer garment worn chiefly by women of India and Pakistan, consisting of a length of lightweight cloth with one end wrapped about the waist to form a skirt and the other draped over the shoulder or covering the head.
Is that lame enough
I think that every time I hear it.

I think it was very clever. Just like your enSeinclopedia term. :D
Maestro

I didn't originate the SARI observation.
Thanx on the other :D

What's the episode where George is dating one of Elaines co-workers? She thinks George is a bad a**. He drives around his father's camaro (i think). There's one part where this woman calls George, and asks him what he's doing, and he replies w/ a snarl "you don't wanna know". He's actually ironing his clothes......
i can't pin point the episode.....

Episode 130, "The Little Kicks"
Here's the scene:
Elaine and Anna sitting in Elaine's office.
Voice: I have George Costanza still holding.
Elaine: George, hi. I have Anna here. There's something I wanna say to both of you.
George: Yo, Anna.
Anna: Hi, George. What're you up to?
George: (Ironing) You don't wanna know.
Elaine: Uh, well, listen. I feel really horrible about trying to keep you two apart and I just wanted to apologize.
George: What're you talkin' about?
Elaine: Well, George, I just want you to hear me say to Anna that you're a good and decent person.
George: Pick up the phone, Elaine. Pick it up!
Elaine: I never should have given Anna the impression--
George: Pick it up, pick it up!
Elaine: --that you're a bad seed, I mean, you're a fine seed.
George: Elaine, get off the speaker! (Elaine picks up phone)
Elaine: What?
George: You are ruinin' everything.
Elaine: I'm trying to help. Why are you being so difficult?
George: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's it. More of that, difficult. I'm a
difficult seed.
Elaine: George, I don't have time for this. Uh, Anna, do you wanna talk to George?
Anna: Um, no, I don't think so.
Elaine: No, she doesn't want to. Okay, bye, George. We'll see ya.
George: I'm a bad man!
That scene always cracks me up too... 'you don't wanna know'... great scene!
The car was a '68 GTO
The plots in this episode involve Kramer's friend Brody bootlegging movies, with Jerry (and, ultimately, George) getting involved, and of course, Elaine's dancing...

The Keith Hernandes one, the scene where they recreate the "Magic Lugey" a la the movie "JFK". I loved "JFK" a lot and this scene gets me everytime.
