Elisabeth was doing her interviews for THE VIEW and could not participate in this season of Survivor.

I'm happy with the choices. I'd have loved to see Colleen back (from Borneo) but she didn't want to do this season, she wanted to move on with her life.

Sandra is still suffering ill effects from being in the Pearl Islands. She's sick and she's losing her hair. She did not want to go right back to the same place.

Neleha would have made a good choice but not Pascal. How bad was he the last time? He dehydrated and was sick.

Johnny Fair Play? NO f'in way. I hated him. I'd rather watch Richard Hatch.

The end of Pearl Islands was occurring at the beginning of All-Stars. If Rupert had gone farther into the game, he wouldn't have been able to get on All-Stars. That's why Lil/Sandra/Johnny Fairplay couldn't get on there.
